Closed-campaign history pending
In development

Closed-campaign history ships with campaign tracking.

Once campaign-tracking is online, this section will list every closed 13D / 13G position with its hold duration, peak stake, and outcome. The pipeline requires open-close pairing on amendments — not derivable from individual filings alone.

In development

Convergence participation lands with the Pattern Engine.

Once the Pattern Engine ships, this section will list every active convergence event Earl is named in — the hedge funds and Congress members on the same name, the 30-day window, and the combined position size.

Context

13D vs 13G

Schedule 13D and 13G filings are required when an investor crosses 5% beneficial ownership of a public company. A 13D indicates active intent — engagement with management, board representation, strategic proposals. A 13G is the passive equivalent, used by long-term holders who do not intend to influence corporate decisions. Conversion from 13G to 13D, or a 13D amendment, is itself a disclosure event and often signals an inflection point in the activist's posture.
