Editorial intelligence for public-market disclosures.
The Filing Post reads every SEC and STOCK Act filing the moment it’s public — 13F portfolio snapshots, Schedule 13D and 13G activist disclosures, Form 4 insider trades, and Congressional Periodic Transaction Reports — and turns the raw stream into a curated editorial product you can read in three minutes a day.
We don’t sell a data feed. We sell an editorial product on top of one. The Sunday Pulse, our Top 100 curated investors, the Manager Briefs, and the per-stock editorial briefs are all written against the same principle: public filings only, no invented signals, no AI-generated speculation about what isn’t in the data.
An editorial product
Every filing we surface is on the SEC EDGAR or CapitolTrades public record. We aggregate, dedupe, and frame — we don’t generate fictional “insights.” If a number on this site can’t be traced back to a filed document, it isn’t real.
Not a research firm
The Filing Post does not recommend, advise on, or solicit transactions in any security. Nothing on this site is investment advice. We frame what other people have filed; what to do with it is your call.
